Both Group Administrators and Big Splash Participants are able to access resources online to assist their planning and promotional activities for their Big Splash.

GROUP ADMINISTRATORS  

Group Fundraising Home Page
Group Administrators will have the ability to personalise their group home page by downloading an image to include on their home page.

Each group fundraising home page will contain:

• Group Registration Details (ie. Group Name, Suburb, Big Splash Challenge, Local Cause, Big Splash Date, Time and Venue)
• Target fundraising gauge
• Group leader board
• Message Board
• Link for individual participants to register
• Find a Member / View Full List of Members

The Group Administrator directs all interested parties to their group fundraising home page and will be provided with online email templates to direct and engage participants, sponsors and supporters.

Group - Online Resources

Group Administrators will be able access resources online to assist their planning and promotional activities for their Big Splash event. These resources include:

• Organiser’s Information Kit (which includes planning checklist  and promotional ideas)
• Hard Copy Participant Registration Form
• Individual Sponsorship Registration Form
• Posters
• A4 Fact Sheet
• Media Release and Newsletter text
• Lap Count Tally Sheet

PARTICIPANTS

Participant Fundraising Home Page
Participants will also have access to their own Personal Fundraising Home Page, which will contain:

• Participant First Name, Surname & Suburb
• Group Registration Details (ie. Group Name, Suburb, Big Splash Challenge, Local Cause, Big Splash Date, Time and Venue)
• Target fundraising gauge

• Message Board
• Link back to the Group Fundraising Home Page

Participants will be provided with online email templates to send personalised emails to their family and friends to gain their support/sponsorship.

Participants - Online Resources
Participants will also be able to access online resources to help them as they plan to make their Big Splash. These resources will also assist their fundraising and sponsorship activities and includes:
