Note: for groups who are not a registered charity or not-for-profit organisation e.g. Aquatic Centres, Swim Schools, Corporate and Business Organisations, you are not legally entitled to direct funds back into your business. You will need to nominate for these fundraising proceeds to go to either a not-for-profit or a Registered Charity.
